Seit den 1970er Jahren ist in diesem Zusammenhang jedoch auch der Kontext der Familie ins Blickfeld gerückt. Die Kinder werden stärker miteinbezogen und erhalten parallel zur Beratung der Eltern oftmals Einzelspielstunden in der Erziehungsberatungsstelle – heute versteht sich Erziehungsberatung als Erziehungs- und Familienberatung (vgl. Lenz 2001, S.7).
Doch wie nehmen Kinder eigentlich die Angebote wahr, die ihnen in der Erziehungsberatungsstelle gemacht werden? Welche Sicht haben sie auf sich selbst, ihre Familie und auf die BeraterInnen?
Kinder werden in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe nicht automatisch als Klienten, als eigenständige Personen wahrgenommen, die etwas zur Problematik der Familie zu sagen und eine Meinung zu der (mit ihnen durchgeführten) Maßnahme haben. Ihre Meinung ist aber hörenswert, weil es sich um die Wahrnehmung der Betroffenen handelt. Schließlich suchen Eltern eine Erziehungsberatungsstelle auf, weil etwas mit dem Sort "nicht stimmt" und das Type familiäre Konflikte verursacht oder deutlich macht. Die Stimme der Kinder ist wertvoll, weil niemand bessere Anregungen für die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von pädagogischen oder therapeutischen Maßnahmen liefern könnte als sie. Ihre Stimme ist wertvoll, weil Kinder ein Recht haben, gehört und ernst genommen zu werden. Was finden sie intestine oder schlecht? Über welche Veränderungen können sie berichten?
Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit können zwar nicht die Wirkfaktoren der Spielstunden benannt werden, ich möchte jedoch die Veränderungen beschreiben und vorsichtige Schlussfolgerungen ziehen, womit sie zusammenhängen könnten. Die Aussagen der BeraterInnen sollen dabei helfen, das Bild der Kinder um einige Facetten aus der Sicht der Erwachsenen zu bereichern.
